Anyone here use any source of protein purchased from shops??
I used to take Amino acid capsules when i worked out and ate, it improved my weight lifting and muscle size and endurance. Problem is during xmas period i had a break from everything and literally lost it all lol..
Any basic amino acid supplement will do....If you have to spend more than $15 on a product, forget about it. Avoid going to GNC. All of their products are over priced. You can find better quality supplements online for under $15. Depends on the name brand, but any basic product will do.
Also, remember we are talking about a *supplement* here. So you should already be getting significant protein from your regular diet (chicken, tuna, egg whites etc.)
