Greatest fight of all time
Was reading an article online that said that they greatest fight of all time was the first Morales v Barerra fight. I've always thought Meldrick Taylor v Caesar Chavez was the best I ever saw even though the decision was a bit questionable. What do you guys consider to be the best fight of all time?

Benn/Eubank and Eubank/Watson were classic scraps too.

RE: Greatest fight of all time
Benn / Eubank was one of the hardest fought fights which you will ever see. These two UK boxers hated each, and set up what was to become the greatest grudge match of all time.
They went toe to toe for the full fight, with nobody able to guess how it was going to pan out - unbelievable stuff! They were literally dead on their feet at the end.

RE: Greatest fight of all time
Yeah man, that first Eubank/ Benn fight was great, got me on the Eubank bandwagon.......Also it wasnt a classic but heres one.....
Danny Williams knocking the s**t out of Mike Tyson, i stayed up all night to watch that one and it choked me up, Danny took a good hiding in the first but come back to knock the great man out, you watch it the referee cant even believe it when he i counting over Tyson......

RE: Greatest fight of all time
MATCH OF ALL TIME?
Recent Times
I have to go with small Mexicans Barrera vs Morales the trilogy, all 3 fights were great action packed from beginning to end. true hatred.
Hagler vs Hearns is also a classic anyday.
Ward vs Gatti also (so much blood and knock down) trust Gatti for entertainment but did Mayweather punish him or what?
Corales vs Castillo.
Past Times
Probably Joe Louis vs Billy Conn or maybe Louis vs Schmeling or Dempsey vs Tunney , LaMotta vs Robinson,

RE: Greatest fight of all time
Dempsey vs. Firpo is also often raved about as being the first real great slugfest of the modern era. The two ran at each other with the first bell, an Firpo knocked Dempsey out of the ring with the first punch of the bout. Dempsey scrambled back in to the ring and put Firpo out in the 2nd.
